Raymond, Grade 385, 17J, 18S, coin silver OF recase with gold inlaid hunting dog to rear, Montgomery white enamel DS dial with Canadian market 13 to 24 hour indications, SW-LS, nickel damascene, s#15330294. A relatively uncommon watch with a total production of 2000 made, this example is highlighted by its superb Canadian Montgomery dial.
CONDITION: Mvt: Running, fine cosmetic mvt condition overall, barrel bridge with finish loss in area between jewel settings, small dark spot to balance cock, scattered fine to micro-fine scratches; virtually flawless dial with infinitesimal pinpoint edge nick under bezel at 8; fine hands, hour and minute with some oxide in areas; case shows ample wear, scattered small nicks, no dents; tight nickel replacement bow, crown shows medium wear; good glass crystal.
